WebWita · Beta Terms of Service
Provider and acceptance
Andrea De Donatis (Premium ADV) · NIP PL5272950014 · ul. Bluszczańska 21, 00-712 Warszawa, Poland · [email protected]. These terms govern the invited WebWita beta. Acceptance is recorded with the document version, account and timestamp. The privacy notice explains how account information is used. Optional marketing consent is separate and can be withdrawn.
Free pilot and scope
The invited pilot is free, has no payment card, subscription renewal or automatic conversion to a paid plan. Hosting and an available WebWita subdomain are included. A separately purchased domain remains the customer’s purchase and property. Future paid features require a separate, clear agreement. This beta creates basic professional websites, portfolios, CVs, menus and landing pages. It does not provide arbitrary executable code, complex applications, ecommerce checkout or a booking system.
Your content and AI drafts
You retain rights to your supplied content. You authorise only the processing and hosting needed to provide the service. Supply materials you are entitled to use, identify references as inspiration and verify every AI draft. AI can make factual, legal and visual errors. It cannot create qualifications or genuine customer reviews. Generated images require review and explicit publication approval. No rights to third-party materials are created by uploading them.
Accounts and fair use
The free pilot permits two active sites and five sites including removed sites per account; 20 text-generation requests per UTC day; 20 assets, 50 MB of files and 8 MB of version data per site; 100 MB of files per account, within the pilot’s shared 500 MB media pool. Individual files are limited to 10 MB. History retains at least ten recent revisions and revisions from the preceding 60 days, within 1,000 revisions and the storage allowance. Reaching a limit does not silently delete work. Direct text edits do not consume AI requests. Image generation permits up to ten initial images before the account’s first publication, then two new images per rolling 30 days. Failed image generations do not consume that allowance, but attempt and queue limits prevent abuse. Images are 512×512; local generation may take several minutes. Video, paid billing and unverified custom-domain connections remain disabled.
Publishing, recovery and leaving
You review drafts and confirm publication. Restoring a historical revision creates a draft; publishing it is a separate choice. Website removal takes it offline, with recovery for 30 days. Export is available while the account remains accessible. Ask [email protected] to close an account or exercise data rights. Disaster-recovery copies are separate from customer history and are not a substitute for keeping your own export.
Service changes and complaints
This is a developing pilot, with no promised uninterrupted availability, business outcome or search position. We will provide reasonable notice of material planned changes or pilot closure and a reasonable opportunity to export content. Report problems or complaints to [email protected]; we aim to acknowledge them within two working days and provide a substantive response within 14 days. These operational targets do not replace statutory rights.
Abuse, responsibility and mandatory rights
Illegal or harmful content may be restricted following a reasoned review; urgent security measures may be taken where necessary. You can request a human review of a restriction at [email protected]. Liability is assessed under applicable law. Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning digital services where applicable. Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their habitual residence. No exclusive court clause limits statutory consumer rights.
Document status
Version beta-2026-10-31-r1. Published for the free pilot; not represented as professionally approved legal advice. Where translations differ, we will clarify the issue fairly without reducing mandatory user rights.
